KCB gear oil pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has high hardness and strength, and is installed in the replaceable bush together with the shaft to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working. The pump has a well designed drain and return groove, so that the torque force of the gear in the work is small, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve as a load protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for a long time, and it can be installed separately on the pipeline if necessary. From the extended end of the main shaft to the pump, it rotates clockwise. KCB gear oil pump is composed of pump body, front and rear pump cover, gear, active shaft, bearing, safety valve and shaft end seal. KCB18.3-83.3 main transmission gear is a pair of helical cylindrical gears, direct-acting safety valve. KCB200-960 main transmission gear is a herringbone gear set composed of four helical gears, and a differential pressure safety valve. The full range of gear oil pumps is a thermal oil pump unit composed of a three-jaw elastic coupling and an electric motor.
